SAME DAY DELIVERY PROMOTION
When "Same/Next Day Delivery" is selected during check out, your order will be delivered to you either on the same day or next day depending on the availability of the items ordered.
- For orders placed before 3pm, it will be delivered between 8pm-3am.
- For orders placed after 3pm, it will be delivered the next calendar day*, 8pm-3am.
- In the event of item being out of stock, we will contact you via Whatsapp to inform you of the next available delivery timing, which is most likely the next working day**.
Please ensure that your phone number and address is correct, as we will contact you via Whatsapp through the phone number that was submitted during check-out. In case of customer being uncontactable, we will leave the order at doorstep. A picture of the order with the unit number will be sent to you via Whatsapp.
