Super Paws is an online pet store based in Singapore. We currently do not have a physical store, but we offer convenient delivery options to get your pet supplies right to your doorstep.

Yes! You may place your order to us via WhatsApp at 84302623. Please provide your name, contact number, email and delivery address for us to process your order.

You can contact us via email at coco@superpaws.sg or by Whatsapp at 84302623. Our customer service is available 24/7.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayNOW and PayPal.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the courier's website.

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please contact our customer service for more information.

Currently, we only offer delivery within Singapore.

We are always expanding our product selection. If you can't find what you're looking for on our website, please feel free to contact us. We may be able to source the product for you or recommend a similar alternative.

Orders & Shipping

All orders before 2pm will be delivered on the next day. No deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Example:

Orders placed on Monday 1pm will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders placed on Monday 3pm will be delivered on Wednesday.

All orders before 11am will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be delivered on the next working day. No deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Example:

Orders placed on Monday 10am will be delivered on Monday.

Orders placed on Monday 2pm will be delivered on Tuesday.

Standard Delivery 

$4 for orders below $50.

Free for orders from $50.

Express Delivery

$16.90 for orders below $120.

$10 for orders from $120 to $499.

Free for orders from $500.

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately via Whatsapp at 84302623 with your order ID and photos of the damaged product(s). We will be happy to assist you with a replacement.

Paw Points

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on any Super Paws product.

Yes! You earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent on brands from our Special Collections, which include Taste of The Wild, AHAVA Hound, Vegepet, Fromm Family, Smallbatch, Carna4, Zampe, Wasatch, SoulMate and many more!

You can redeem your points for discount codes that can be used towards future purchases on our website.

No, points are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other accounts

Yes, points will expire if your account is inactive for 2 consecutive years. Account activity includes making a purchase or redeeming points.

Enter the discount code at checkout to apply the discount to your order.

Discount codes cannot be stacked with other offers.

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

No, points are earned only on the purchase price of eligible products. Shipping costs are not included in the point calculation.

Yes, points are given for all orders as long as you provide us with your email and phone number.

Subscription

We offer three standard options to keep your pet’s bowl full:

  • Monthly: Delivered once every month.

  • Bi-Monthly: Delivered once every 2 months.

  • Tri-Monthly: Delivered once every 3 months.

Absolutely! We know every pet eats at a different pace. Simply place your initial order under the Monthly frequency, then WhatsApp us at  +65 8430 2623. Our team will manually adjust your schedule to your exact preferred interval (e.g., every 10 days, 3 weeks, etc.).

No strings attached! You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time before your next billing date. There are no hidden fees or "lock-in" periods.

You can log in to your account to swap products, update your address, or pause your delivery. For changes to the delivery date or custom frequencies, a quick WhatsApp message to our team is the fastest way to get it sorted.
