Super Paws does not recommend repacking as it will affect the quality and shorten the life span of the kibbles as it has already come in contact with the surrounding air. Any food that has been opened, has to be consumed in 2 months. We always try to ensure cleanliness and hygiene when doing this value-add service for our customers. However, by opting to do repacking for your order, you do understand that all warranty and guarantee for the food is voided.
It is standardised for 10kg, 11.4kg, 12kg or 12.2kg to be repacked into 4 packs.
You can pay by Visa/Master/Amex/PayNOW/Grab Pay.

Do ensure that no bundles or other promotional items are in your cart. Promotions and bundles cannot be stacked together with promo/discount codes.
Shipping and Returns
You'll need to spend $30 in order to be entitled for the free delivery.
On average, it takes 1-2 working days to receive your order.Â
Immediately contact us through Whatsapp (84302623) with the order ID and picture(s) of the damaged product(s)
If order has not been processed, we are still able to make changes to the delivery address. Please do drop us a Whatsapp (84302623) and we'll attend to you promptly.
However, if your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
